Art Commission Terms & Conditions
💌Booking & PaymentA commission is confirmed once full payment is received. Payments are accepted via PayPal or Stripe through Ko-fi, and all prices are listed in USD. Terms of Service and pricing may change at any time, but you are only bound by those in effect at the time of your order. I reserve the right to decline or refund any commission for any reason, including if I’m unable to complete the work.🗨️CommunicationAfter payment, I will contact you through your preferred platform (Discord, Twitter/BlueSky DM, Email, or Ko-fi message) to confirm details and provide progress updates. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of your commission.⌛Project TimelineThe typical turnaround time is 5–20 business days, depending on the complexity of your commission, my current workload, or personal commitments. An estimated delivery date will be given upon booking, and any changes will be communicated promptly. Timely responses to requests for references or feedback are appreciated, as delays may impact the final delivery.❗RevisionsYou are entitled to two (2) rounds of minor revisions (e.g., color tweaks, small detail adjustments) at no extra cost. Major changes (e.g., reworking composition, adding characters) after initial sketch approval may incur additional fees.⚖️Rights & UsageUpon full payment, you receive personal, non-commercial usage rights (e.g., social media sharing, personal printing). Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, resale) requires a separate licensing agreement—please inquire about rates. I retain the right to publish and showcase the artwork in my portfolio, on social media, and for self-promotion unless you explicitly request anonymity in writing.💵Refund PolicyYou may request a full refund within 48 hours of booking, as long as work has not yet started. Once work has begun (e.g., after sketch approval), refunds will be prorated based on the progress made. If I am unable to continue to complete your commission for any reason, a partial refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid will be issued.🔐Privacy & ConfidentialityI will not share any personal information you provide with third parties. By default, commissions will be credited as “Commission for (Commissioner's Name)” or under a pseudonym to protect your privacy. If you would like to be tagged or mentioned publicly, please let me know in advance.📥DeliveryFinal artwork will be delivered as high-resolution PNG and/or JPEG files via email or your chosen platform. If you require alternative formats (e.g., PSD, TIFF) or print-ready files, please specify at booking; additional fees may apply.You may NOTYou may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my watermark or signature, or alter the artwork in any way not previously agreed upon. Additionally, the artwork may not be used for any blockchain-related technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, generative AI, or any similar future innovations. Please note that I do not accept the following types of content:
NSFW or adult content
Furry or animal facial characters (Except demihuman; like ears and tail)
Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory themes
Mech, overly complex or hyper-detailed designs
Characters from copyrighted media (Including fanart requests that are not accepted)
Satanic, gore (hardcore)
Provide clear reference images (pose, colours, lighting, etc.); 3D models or figurines are preferred.If you're uncertain whether your request meets these guidelines, please ask before placing an order.Please read and understand the Terms of Service before ordering.
